On October 27, 2021 we held an event in Clubhouse, continuing our previous room about startups

Startup Room Part 2

Room Title:

Startup, Entrepreneurship, Team Building, and Commercialization of Ideas (Q&A)

In the initial part of our discussion, we talked about ideas and patents.

Some individuals who had registered patents believed that merely registering a patent is not sufficient and that commercialization is even more important than patent registration. A patent alone enhances the intellectual property aspect of the work, and some individuals, by modifying certain parts of

the patent, register new patents with minor modifications. The conclusion of this discussion was that commercialization is the most crucial part of the work. If you are interested in registering a patent, that is a good step, but more important than that is launching a business.

The second part of the discussion focused on people's experiences in team building.

This team building, which often takes place before registering a company for a startup, is the most critical factor for individuals' success in advancing their projects.

If the human resources are not selected correctly and engineered, it will lead to deficiencies or the bankruptcy of the startup team.

Specialized individuals need to be managed in a way that they move together cohesively and unitedly toward the goal. Managing and strategizing human resources is a very important and vital task for the continuation of startups.

The third part of the discussion touched upon Q&A and how to develop and refine ideas.

We discussed how to work on ideas and presented several methods for implementing and validating ideas.

I also shared my personal opinion and the method I use for generating and nurturing ideas.

Following that, in the final segment, we discussed entrepreneurship and then moved on to Q&A.

 Additionally, this room was held under the Clubhouse topic of self-awareness in life.
