Designing Modern Urban Transportation Systems in Smart Cities

Hello and greetings
I created this website for daily writing, to serve as a kind of log for the various progress I make with myself, because humans cannot compare themselves to others, as they are not in their place.
During this period, I worked on several smart city systems. It might be hard for me to believe, but I had a plan from about 24 years ago!
When I was in Isfahan, even light traffic was rare. Back then, traffic in Isfahan wasn't what it is today, and stopping behind a few cars meant traffic!
But today we have long lines of vehicles, and people's patience has improved compared to the past because they have gotten used to traffic.
But previously, traffic was much lighter and smoother. With the increase in the number of vehicles, new roads were created, and highways became wider and more organized.
Even with the rapid construction of roads in developed cities, traffic problems still exist.
I remember that even the historical Si-o-se Pol bridge was used for vehicle traffic! But now, we have come to understand the importance of these historical structures, at least to some extent.
Unfortunately, our country is one where technology has a hard time entering, and in most cases, it is a backward country.
Don't be fooled by advertisements. We ourselves are living, and across the Persian Gulf, newly established countries have built advanced cities with oil money that are unparalleled in the world.
The Arab countries are consumers of technology. Of course, by Arab countries, I mean the Persian Gulf countries, not countries that just speak Arabic, like Iraq and Egypt!
I have wanted to implement good plans in our country until now. I have even spoken with several parliament members and many others, but they were not listening.
Whoever I spoke with, they just dismissed me. I became tired and disappointed with these people.
Of course, maybe I didn't enter the right channel, but I tried with my own knowledge, and they were not responsible.
The design we do is mostly at a national level. Surely, some of our clients are governments, so we expect to receive appropriate responses.
The market for a plan is not an easy task. It's really a matter of how to present it and to whom it is important.
I have been working on a new transportation system for years.
Whenever I think about it, in the rewrite I had for the second part, I didn't add anything new, and of course, the first part of my design is the result of my old and new thoughts.
Because the plan I wrote is for transporting passengers and cargo, and I divided it into two parts.
Passengers
Cargo
By separating these two parts, I got better results.
The plan is really heavy, and the business plan I wrote for the cargo part for a country like the UAE and a city like Tehran is close to 1 billion dollars.
1 billion dollars! It's really a huge number.
But for this, it's not a very heavy number! Because for governments and large companies, it is really cost-effective to carry out this great work with this amount.
Well, this time I decided to present my work differently based on previous experiences, which I will explain.
First, to attract a sponsor so that we can present the plan strongly.
Contracting the initial team (team building) and connecting with powerful individuals for networking.
The second step is to register the plan and inventions.
Third, creating a simulation in an environment similar to a game.
Fourth, creating attractive animated teasers.
Fifth, presenting in Arab countries or European countries or ... or Iran itself.
I have explained in more detail according to the picture below.

The first issue is to prepare and justify our own team. This is the most important step to start.
If we place reliable, empathetic, and strong people together, the result will eventually be achieved.
Team effort = Result
Second, finding an initial investor.
It's really difficult, or I think it's difficult.
Different people lose their money in different ways, but when they want to get involved in something that is clearly a startup, they may impose very strange strictness.
Startup means a risk that must be matured and reduced.
In a startup, there are hundreds of parameters that must be considered. If strong mentors are involved, the issues will be easily solved.
Outside of Iran, investment and risk are handled better, but here, many people are thinking of other things rather than the real work.
So the conditions are usually harder for us.
We want a stage of domestic investment and sponsorship.
The next stage is foreign and larger investment.
The next stage is staged investment by the same investor or other investors.
We want to start this project in one country and, naturally, with positive feedback, we will export the technology and its structure to other countries.
These days, spreading technology is like spreading snacks among children. If one person (country) likes it, other countries quickly enter that technology and receive the snacks quickly and are happy and laugh.
A great job requires great people, both in terms of financial ability and in terms of their thoughts.
You cannot present these works to someone whose ultimate thinking has been selling a few items in a small neighborhood or to a simple employee without any risk in their life.
Even presenting these works to investment companies that specialize in a specific field is practically futile.
We must find a professional investor in this same field.
Or individuals or legal entities that work in the technology field.
As we said before, developed countries are also receptive to this type of technology.
Therefore, presenting to these types of governments can be effective.
Of course, the type of presentation is important and from whom you enter negotiations.
So for this reason, I considered doing a strong presentation.
Team building remains, and I am talking to some people.
Finding an investor is sometimes a complex task, but it will eventually be found.
Transportation is a vast field that I have worked on, and I have spent thousands of hours simplifying and designing it.
Imagine a person writing a book that is the result of 20 years of study and research, but it is only 100 pages long.
Can we say, well, this is only 100 pages, and pay him for the price of paper?
No, definitely not.
What matters is the thinking and creating solutions that are valued.
Perhaps a mathematical problem is one line.
But solving it can take years, like many mathematical problems that are solved after many years.
These equations are the same, of course, a mystery because once solved, it becomes easy.
Therefore, the initial data must be placed in the hands of people who know the value of this work, not people who only think about exploitation and their own benefit, and who may reject you in all sorts of ways, but later introduce your technology to the market in a different form.
Therefore, this stage of presenting a plan and idea is very important! In all works.
Of course, practical ideas, not ideas that have no solutions.
It's like saying we want to go to the moon at 5,000 km/h but having no solution
But it's the design and solution that matters
So the solution must be a secure place
One of those places is registering industrial designs and inventions that we can secure
src="/media/روش-های-حمل-و-نقل.jpg"
For designing some parts, we need specialists to do this for us
These specialists must be under our employment with a solid contract, whether it's short-term or long-term doesn't matter
Or perhaps project-based, the point is that we must have a solid contract with them to respect our rights
After designing the industrial parts, we must prepare them for patent registration, and here again we need a specialist in this field to provide consulting services for us!
I'll leave the rest for future posts to explain
Thank you
