I will discuss the smart city plan and its business case at the end of the post, and first, I will talk about the investment challenges of smart cities.

I have been working on smart city design for a long time

Cities are moving towards smartification, which is why these types of projects are very attractive

For example, the country of Saudi Arabia is building a new smart city called AlNama

In many countries, the topic of smartification is very important and large budgets are allocated for it

Of course, in our country, these things remain at the level of talk and no progress should be expected

Let's move on !!!

The project I have has several different parts, and I have thought and spent a lot of time on its design and solutions

Ultimately, I simplified it so that we can implement it

I think the initial idea is from a few years ago, which is also the main foundation, and I proceeded with the design according to it

After several years, I started working on this plan again last year and have been working on it intermittently until now, and I have also written a business case and pitch deck for it

One of the issues I have is that for some designs, I need reliable people, and I am in negotiations with two people

Probably more than 100 industrial designs and inventions should be registered in total

which will have a high international registration cost

The initial business case for one of the parts is ***** dollars

of which approximately 2 million dollars is needed for prototype construction and 200 thousand dollars for simulation

Negotiating inside Iran is almost useless, and we have come to this conclusion, and the business case we have predicts a figure of ****dollars for a developed country like Japan

Of course, prototype construction and simulation can also take place inside Iran, although some electronic components may be difficult to find inside Iran.

In Iran, there are many people who have money, but unfortunately, they don't have a good relationship with technology and innovation, although if you talk about real estate, construction, and stock market and trade, they are very receptive

There is no or few specialized investors in the technology field, which creates a big problem for people like me and forces us to talk to people outside the country, and for us, traveling to different countries and finding reliable investors does not seem like an easy task
Unless we have a good guide in this matter or we happen to meet an influential person by chance

Okay, I will also talk a bit about the business case in the following, of course, we will give the actual business case to people who have the necessary guarantees and also sign a confidentiality agreement with us.

The assumption is that it will be implemented in Iran

Introduction

This is a collection of hardware and software inventions along with modern innovation and technology.

I will explain it very briefly and we would be very happy to talk to people who are truly interested and have the ability to accompany us, and have a powerful team to present internationally.

The project will be implemented as an international holding, and the first countries will be the exporters of its technology, services, and equipment.

This is not a business and economic explanation of the project, it opens your initial mindset towards this project, and later with the sponsor and investor, all matters will be opened and explained.

 

History and Introduction:

I have more than 18 years of work experience in the field of information technology

The initial idea of the plan came to my mind several years ago (more than 10-14 years) and has been completed during this time.

The trend and speed of growth of technology that has happened has helped a lot that we can present this collection of inventions in the best possible way at this time.

I have tried very hard to simplify and avoid complexities, although in some places we are forced to produce complex hardware.

I have worked a lot on marketing, being up-to-date, and market needs, and I am sure it will be well-received.

I have strived for practicality, applicability, and problem-solving to be able to provide the best solution possible.

 

First Question:

Why are you talking about this before fully registering the plans and inventions?

The market for this is very important and the connections we need to attract are of great importance, and for this reason, without explaining the subject and plan, we want to create communication channels and attract construction, production, and initial investment partners because time is very important and we don't want to start looking for communication channels and interaction after production.

We have already done all market research and verification of this work, and with a principled and solid contract before any investment, we will clearly open up the angles of the work for the investor and show how we will reach the desired goal.

 

Second Question:

What share does the investor or the person who establishes connections have?

We will contract with everyone formally and agree

Part of the investments and contracts are on a regional and country basis, for example, Tehran province or all of Iran - Japan country - Tokyo city.

Part for the construction and production of initial and final versions

Those who create connections with influential people and investors for us are protected from the very beginning of the work, and we will agree through a contract.

 

Third Question:

How much capital is needed for prototype construction?

Approximately 2 to 4 million dollars, depending on what quality and material the production and management team wants to produce the initial versions with. Or if we want to temporarily display some items as simulations (prototype versions) to save on costs.

 

Fourth Question:

Where is the market for this invention? Give an example for it.

For this (collection of inventions), imagine something like a SIM card. Everyone can have one, it's not an urgent need for humans, but it's a daily need and technology that everyone should have a SIM card.

For SIM cards, towers and communication stations are needed, which nowadays have covered all cities and countries and have become almost vital for human life to the extent that they can't imagine living without it.

The number of users in the market for the next 5-7 years in Iran, if it starts up very quickly and becomes widespread, is predicted to be 40 million users, and the value of each million users is estimated at one billion dollars or more.

For the global version in the next 7 to 10 years, it is predicted that 4 billion people will use it, the value of each million users is estimated at one billion dollars, and in total, it will have a value of 4 trillion dollars.

Countries such as China, the USA, Germany, the UAE, and Japan have strong infrastructures, and for example, our prediction for China is that it will have 800 million users in 5 years.

Of course, our assumption is that countries like Japan, America, and the UAE will cover 80% of their population during this time.

 

Second Explanation

We have several revenue streams, which can be summarized as income from hardware sales and software sales and services.

After selling hardware and software, we generate revenue through support.

Fifth Question:

What is your forecast for the price of each account?

Of course, the price of any product changes over time, but it's clear that it starts higher and then decreases, similar to a mobile phone SIM card account. However, what matters is the service that users receive on each account, and our main revenue comes from providing services.

Price of $25-$50-$100 up to $1000 for personal accounts

Expected to be $10,000 to $100,000 for corporate and organizational accounts

Forecasted.

Hardware Account

Price of $500 - $1000 - $2000 for personal and group use accounts

$2,000 to $100,000 for companies

$10,000 to $2,000,000 for large companies, institutions, and ministries

Of course, all of these must be priced and market-tested in the real market.

Sixth Question:

What investments and partnerships are needed to implement this?

We need capable individuals who can establish strong connections for us at the ministerial level in the country, because as I explained, our work clearly needs to be implemented in a specific region first, for example, a neighborhood in Tehran. Therefore, we need ministerial-level permits that cover at least the municipality and some other institutions. Also, we naturally need permits from several ministries. For example, in Iran, we need permits from the following ministries:

It's sufficient to get the permit from the first ministry

If permits are issued quickly and the project moves to the implementation phase, a significant amount of capital will be attracted through account sales and more.

In addition, we will attract private and public sector investments.

 

Seventh Question:

How many jobs will be created?

The number of jobs involved, both directly and indirectly.

Example:

For the main company, 8,000 jobs in Tehran province – 100,000 people in Iran

For subsidiaries, related companies, and jobs directly and indirectly involved, it is predicted that 2 million jobs will be created.

 

Eighth Question:

What priority does the first investor have over others?

Specifically, greater flexibility in negotiation and contract, a larger share, and higher participation is effective in increasing the motivation of both parties, and we will definitely do this.

The contract we sign will definitely have strong confidentiality clauses, and the investor needs to provide the necessary support to accelerate the work process.

Ninth Question:

Give an example of how much revenue is generated from services

For investors, a feasibility study will definitely be presented, but since this is an initial explanation, we will state it concisely.

For example, for a province like Tehran, there is an implementation phase for the project that has costs and revenue, and after implementation, we will also have revenue from these services.

Other parts are for providing services after each phase of the project is implemented

Our estimate for two parts of these services is more than 28 billion daily and 840 billion monthly in revenue. (for a city like Tehran and relative capacity, for full capacity, the revenue is several times higher)

 

Final Remarks

Based on the explanations given, we emphasize that upon agreement, everything can be proven that this set (inventions) is fully operational and will be clearly evident to a real investor.
