Report on Clubhouse Room Held Wednesday, November 3, 2021

Greetings
A brief report on two rooms held in the Persian programmer Club – Clubhouse app
These days, I'm more present on Clubhouse and try to build connections and network through this platform. I also share my experiences with others and learn from their experiences and knowledge.
In Clubhouse, on Wednesday, November 3rd, during this beautiful autumn, we held two rooms. The first was about team building in startups, and the second was a friendly conversation among programmers and other professionals.
First, a brief report on the first room:
Topic » Brainstorming: How should startup team building be? Introduction, Collaboration
Duration » Approximately 33 minutes
I started the room at 9 PM in Clubhouse, and after a few minutes, friends joined us. We talked about the importance of team building in startups and heard from some of the people who were present.
The number of people in the room was usually between 5 to 15. Since I saw the attendance was a bit low, I decided to close the room to continue it at a more appropriate time with a different topic, as it's a very important discussion.
A brief report on the second room:
Topic » Friendly Conversation
Duration » Approximately 2 hours
I started a room around 11 PM in Clubhouse (in Persian Programmer Club), where mostly software experts, programmers, designers, and others were present. Unlike the first room, this one had more attendees.
It continued until about 1 AM and could have gone on longer, but since I had decided to go to bed earlier, we ended the room.
Many friends, mostly programmers, were present in the room and shared their thoughts. The discussions were more technical or about issues they were looking for solutions to. Fortunately, experts from all backgrounds were present and answered questions well.
At one point in the conversation, the discussion also turned to the migration of experts, with some in favor and a few against.
If I had to give a percentage, about 90% were in favor of experts migrating from Iran.
Someone introduced the UAE country and talked about its advantages for programmer immigration.
Startup discussions continued in this room, and we talked about some ideas and their applications in the software market.
I will try to hold more rooms with experts on other nights as well.
Thank you – Mehrdad
