One short sentence reshaped the Social Studio roadmap
One short sentence reshaped my product roadmap.
My AI content tool (Social Studio) ships a wizard that currently generates Persian only. The feedback that arrived was one line: «I should be able to choose the language and the network inside the wizard.»
That path has two versions:
Current: a fast wizard, optimized for Persian — but it fences in bilingual users.
Right: the user picks the language first, then the network, then the content gets generated.
The second version wins. And the interesting part: this decision needed zero market analysis. One real user simply said it out loud.
Lesson: the best feature requests are short. One sentence that marks the difference between "it works" and "it works for me".
Now you: when you use a content tool, what do you set first? The audience language or the publishing network?
When one real user says one precise sentence it outranks a long market report — and reaches the roadmap faster.
