Vivora investor deck — slide 13: Unit economics — illustrative 100,000-user scenario

The unit-economics slide models a 100,000-user scenario at three acquisition costs:

  • CAC $0.50 → $10 cost per paying user · 2-month payback · 6x LTV/CAC.
  • CAC $2 → $40 cost per paying user · 8-month payback · 1.6x LTV/CAC.
  • CAC $5 → $100 cost per paying user · 20-month payback · 0.6x LTV/CAC.
  • At 5% conversion and 8% monthly churn. The first experiment targets $0.50 per install; $2 to $5 is the conservative range to plan against.
  • Operating cost $24K to $96K a year and about $50K acquisition at $0.50 — surplus before fees, taxes and refunds: roughly $154K to $226K.
From the slide: Scenarios, not forecasts.

This post is part 13 of 19 in a series that publishes the Vivora investor deck slide by slide — one post per slide, each with that slide’s own PDF. The interactive deck itself is live at mehrdad.ir/deck/health.
